Catherine has experience translating from French to English (UK or US) for institutions, NGOs, international clients, research journals and brands. She specialises in translation in art, design, architecture, urbanism and journalism.
She translates as part of her editing work for Le Monde in English.
She is a regular translator for the site of international art fair Art Basel.
She worked previously as a senior translator for Les Observateurs de FRANCE 24, regularly translating global news reports and features from French to English.
Translation is a major part of her copywriting and voice-over work for clients like the European Parliament, Kering, UNFPA and Suez.
She has worked on translations for the Paris-based design firm Retail 3D and the urbanism journal Trans Europe Halles. She has also translated photography books for the French publishing house Hemeria.
